Do you want to know if we have a luggage room, what time breakfast is served and what is included in your stay at BANKS Antwerp? Below you will find the answers to all frequently asked questions.

    • The Aperitivo (complimentary drinks & bites) daily from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. You can find more information about this here.

  • From 9 rooms a reservation is considered a group reservation and different conditions apply. Please send an email to sales@banksantwerpen.be for assistance. Requests will be answered as soon as possible and we will happily answer all your questions about your reservation.

  • Check-in is possible from 3pm.


    Early check-in is possible upon availability. This needs to be checked with Team BANKS. Check-in before 10am is possible for an additional fee of €35,-.

  • If you are at the hotel before the check-in time (3pm), you can leave your luggage at the reception.

    BANKS Antwerp is not responsible for of loss and/or damage.

  • Paid parking is available at Parking Cammerpoorte, 140 meters from the hotel (Nationalestraat 38).

    PLEASE NOTE: Antwerp has a low emission zone (LEZ). Travelling by car? Check this website slimnaarantwerpen.be for accessibility and more information about the LEZ.

  • Not directly at the hotel, but very easily via the website www.velo-antwerpen.be. Have your identity card and credit card ready and go to the “register” menu.


    Bicycles can also be rented at the weekend and during summer at Steenplein and all year round at Central Station.

  • Banks Healthy Breakfast is served at your table. A complete breakfast consisting of several types of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury bread toppings, a boiled free-range egg, a crunchy strip of bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruit and/or breakfast cereals, orange juice and unlimited coffee/tea.


    Monday to Friday: 7am to 10.30am.

    Saturday & Sunday: 7.30am to 11.30am. Sleep in and then have plenty of time for breakfast!


    How much does breakfast cost in Banks?

    If you have not booked breakfast with your stay, you can do so on arrival at €16,50 per person per breakfast.


    Can Banks accommodate dietary requirements at breakfast?

    Sure! If you have specific dietary requirements, vegetarian or gluten-free please let us know at least one day in advance before 6pm so that we can take this into account.

  • Please before 12pm. Thank you!


    Late check-out is possible based on availability. This needs to be checked with Team BANKS and an additional fee of €35.- will be asked if you want to check out after 12pm and before 3pm.

  • Small (assistance) dogs are allowed in the hotel for an additional fee of €15,- per night per dog. Please inform us beforehand. You are requested to keep your dog on a leash and not to leave it alone in the room, on the bed, on the chairs and/or sofa. In all cases you are responsible for your dog.

  • For lost or found items, please contact us on + 32 (0)3 23 24 002 or hello@banksantwerpen.be. All objects are registered and kept for 3 months.
